On November 12, 2001, Pembroke was mandated by the owner of a B767-300ER to provide technical and remarketing services re the maintenance and marketing of the aircraft. On December 21, 2001, Pembroke signed a lease contract with Ethiopian Airlines. The aircraft was immediately 'C' Checked by Lufthansa Technik with whom Pembroke has a Cooperation Agreement. The aircraft subsequently delivered to Ethiopian Airlines on January 16, 2002. Pembroke continues to provide asset management services to the owner.

The very short time between receiving the mandate to market the aircraft, signing the lease contract and delivering the aircraft clearly demonstrates Pembroke's proven global marketing abilities.
